Abstract:
One of the most common definitions of Cultural Leadership is the ability to
hold a balance between the immaterial human expression and the material economics results of arts organisations. But this definition is seen critical by a lot of cultural professionals especially from the Global South.
This is the case not for considering the concept negatively, but to underline
the necessity to implement new factors, adapting them to our times.
